Refund of the purchased article/s will only be done subject to wrong delivery of the article. All articles delivered go through stringent checks and hence chances of damage/inferior quality is negligible.
Even then, if the customer has any issue regarding the receipt same should be immediately informed on email id with the video of the product received.
As Rudrakshas are very pious product, once sold it can’t be taken back, unless there are some uncontrolled situation on the part of customer.
